I believe that people who follow Islam need to be brave enough to confront the problems in their faith just like those who follow other religions have done. I think a lot of bad things are being done in the name of Islam right now just as they have been done in the name of other religions in the past. Personally, I do not have faith in organized religion, I’ve experienced too much hurt at the hands of it at a personal level and not much that is authentic and truly spiritual. Sad, but this is my truth
