She left because you were not available. I’m not saying this to hurt you but because a black pot knows a black kettle and I’ve been in the place where you are. I see you as not available because you

• Are drinking and turning to strangers on the internet to take care of your pain.
• Sex and love is taking up a larger that warranted place in your life
• You give your woman too much power. You, like me must have a hole in your heart the size of the Grand Canyon.

I got a shrink, built a system of support for myself and worked on my own gaping hole and now I’m much better…. but I am a woman and its easier for me. Men who are raised not to feel feelings and to never ask for help are more likely to drink, isolate and die younger instead. Don’t, please don’t. Take care of yourself my friend.
