J.D I agree with you that many people who do not wish to discriminate against Muslims do understand extremism. Writing a title for me is hard because it has to be what conveys the idea to people in the simplest way and may not be exactly correct. I vote for liberal candidates myself and embrace liberal ideas and writing this worried me because I did not wish it to encourage Muslim bashing. This article is more about discussing the complexity of the issue based on my own personal experience.
